To become a Forum BETA-verified Citizen Patron, we need to determine that you are, in fact, a Real Person who is a Registered U.S. Voter with a Residential Street Address located in an County-assigned Precinct.
Once you submit your Verification Request one of our Stewards (real Americans) will verify your Voting Status and send you a SMS/Text message (or email if you prefer) with your unique Precinct Pin.
This 8-character PPIN (PPIN) gives you unlimited, authenticated and anonymous rights to participate in - and sponsor - the verfied polls, petitions, surveys, proposals and/or participating Private Sector elections hosted on Forum’s Decision Utility.
* Once your PPIN has been assigned, all information you provided Forum will be removed from any interent-facing data base we administer. From then on all communication from Forum will by PPIN & SMS/Text message (or email if you prefer).
Forum is still in start-up mode, so we are not offically onboarding Shareholder Patrons until a date TBD in Q2 of 2026.
However, any money you donate now can be used as full credit towards a Co-op Annual Membership Fee of $35.00.
