Most citizens wanting a real ‘say’ in local or state government are limited to a ballot evey couple of years, the occasional work-shop or survey and, if you can spare the entire evening, waiting in line for a 3-minute podium appearance at a commission, council or legislative meeting.

In 2026…that is just not good enough.

Forum exists to augment this antiquated, Top Down civic engagement system by creating a Bottom Up, Citizen-Owned Digital Utility that gives Verified Voters access to education, deliberation, collaboration, polling and the petitioning-of-government around Issues of Concern.

The ‘value proposition’ of this Voter Co-op is to combine the cumulative input of verified registered voters to create a more powerful ‘lobby’ than any individual voter would have otherwise.

So, how does joining Forum provide members with this ‘Lobby Power’ at the municipal, county or state level?

  • Forum Verifies each joining member’s status as a ‘real’ Registered Voter who resides in a particular city, township or rural Precinct.

  • Forum then Issues each verified voter an Encrypted PIN that enables anonymous participation in Precinct Polls and Precinct Petitions.

  • Forum Delivers the aggregate and anonymous Precinct-level Poll (and when neccessary, Petition) results to sitting Elected Officials.

OWN YOUR ID & DATA

To be effective, Forum must guarantee that Poll Results and Petition Endorsements submitted to elected officials must Protect the Identity of every precinct voter while being Forensically Auditable (i.e., based on proven methods of measuring accurate, precinct level member responses).

Forum takes on this Fiduciary responsibility to operate within a Data Trust environment by integrating Self-Sovereign Identity engagement and Verifiable Voting technology to assure each Co-op member owns thier identity and data input: No member’s name is EVER disclosed along with their Precinct Poll Vote or Precinct Petition Endorsement.

Forum members not only enjoy an amplified say in their how they are governed by their elected officials, they also enjoy the benefits that Direct Ownership in a Platform Co-op provides.

These include an equal One-Member-One-Vote say in the platform’s own governance as well as an Annual Participation Dividend (i.e., Cash!) awarded as a share of the Forums's operating profit margin basedon how much the member used the co-op's services throughout the year.
